Rainbow Honey “Be Mine” – Swatches and Review

Hi readers!

Today I’m sharing my second polish from the Rainbow Honey Sweet Talk collection, this is Be Mine.

At first I wasn’t sure I would have any pictures to show you, I had a little battery crisis the night I did my nails. Our expensive camera was making the pink look very neon-ish, so I took our secondary camera to take these pictures. After taking about 5 pictures the batteries died so I went around the house looking for more batteries, but we were out. I then tried all the batteries in every remote in the house and none had enough juice to power the camera. *cries*

This was last Thursday night, and on Friday we had an ice storm so both my husband and I worked from home. Thankfully we decided to go get some takeout for dinner so we swung by Shoppers Drug Mart on the way and I grabbed some batteries, phew! I just wanted to take more pictures before I got any potential chips or tip wear since I had no idea what the pictures I already took looked like. Turns out they weren’t that great so good thing I got new batteries. Crisis averted! 🙂

This polish comes in an adorable packaging, check out my review of Sweet Talk to see it.

Be Mine is a beautiful rosy pink cream-jelly with gold micro chips in it.

The brush is the regular round brush, it works great.

I applied 3 coats for full opacity, followed by a coat of Nubar Diamont top coat.

I wasn’t sure if this colour would look good with my skin tone, but it did. And even if it didn’t I wouldn’t have cared cause it’s just too beautiful.

This is another polish that I only have good things to say about, I love it! It’s 2 for 2 so far for the Sweet Talk collection. Will it be 3 for 3? You’ll just have to wait and see. :-p
