EOS ”Magic Blue” Color Lens – Review

Happy Remembrance Day!

Today I have a different kind of review for you, it’s about coloured lenses. Two blogs that I follow, Go Hálainn and Junniku, both review coloured lenses and they got me wanting to try them, so I did!

These are actually the second pair that I bought with a 10% off coupon that I got from buying my first pair, which I’ll be reviewing shortly.

Description

Brand: EOS
Origin: South Korea
Water content: 38%
Diameter: 14.5 mm
Base Curve: 8.6
Duration: 1 year disposable

Please note that even though they are said to be one year disposable, many people recommend not using them more than 3 to 6 months.

The white contact case that you see in the first picture above also came with these.

You can also order these with strength in them; you just identify the strength you need in each eye when you add them to your cart. But I don’t need that so mine are both with 0 strength.

How They Look

Here’s a comparison with only one contact so you can see how it enlarges my eyes.

And here I am with both contacts in.

Comfort

These lens are extremely comfortable! I wore them to work on Halloween and I had them in for 8 hours with absolutely NO discomfort. I did not even feel them in!

The air at work tends to be on the dry side so I was afraid it would make my eyes dry and the contacts uncomfortable, but I had no issues whatsoever. I was actually sad to take them off at the end of the day because I really had fun wearing them and they made people do double-takes. One of my girlfriend was so freaked out by them that she couldn’t even look at me, lol!

Bottom Line

I LOVED these contacts and highly recommend them! I just hope I can wear them a few more times before they expire.

These cost $26.80 (USD) on Eye Candy’s with FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!

Have you tried coloured lenses?
