I finally cracked down and bought an eos lip balm! I’ve heard so many good things about them that I figured it’s time I check them out for myself.
This all happened while I was waiting in line at the cash at Shoppers Drug Mart. They had some at the cash products section and one of them jumped into my basket. :p
So, what do I think about these oh-so-raved-about lip balms? Keep on reading to find out!
These sound really good at 95% organic and 100% natural, plus a bunch of other stuff.
Strawberry sorbet is not something I eat often so I can’t really say how accurate the scent is, but it smells strawberry-like and sweet. In one word: yummy!
So far application is a breeze since the product is brand new. Just slide your lips on it and you’re done! But once it starts getting lower I don’t know how that will go.
My lips were dry when I first tried this lip balm and it smoothed them out within about 10 minutes of having it on my lips – although I did have to do like 10-15 passes on my lips to get a good amount.
I don’t find that it lasts all that long though. I drink lots of water so I have to reapply every 20-30 minutes.
I also find that my lips feel dry when it starts to wear off, which I don’t like. I can see a dependency growing for this if I start to use it too often.
I’m glad I finally tried it out and it smells delicious, but I don’t think I’ll buy them again. It’s ok, but I prefer lip balms that don’t leave my lips dry after they wear off.
Have you tried these? What do you think of them?
