Stephanie does awesome reviews and she also creates animated GIFs to show some of her looks – how neat is that?!? You need to check out her blog! 🙂
Hello readers of Chantal’s Corner! This is Steph of Fun Size Beauty reporting in for our monthly Canadian Beauty Bloggers (CBB) guest post. This month’s theme is PURPLE and there’s no better way to celebrate the colour purple than with a polish.
There is no doubt that the easiest way to wear a colour that you don’t feel is particularly flattering on your face/eyes in terms of makeup is by putting it on your finger nails! Purple, specifically lilac is my favourite colour. The walls in my room are lilac, my favourite shirt is lilac, and I even have a lilac notebook.
Hence, I’d like to pay tribute to my favourite lilac nail polish – the Rimmel 60 Seconds Polish in I Lilac You. Typically light coloured polishes are grossly streaky and non-opaque. I Lilac You is good to go in two simple coats. Furthermore, the coats take only a minute to dry (hence the name “60 Seconds Polish”). As for the colour, it’s the perfect lilac – a light white base with just the right amount of purple to match the walls in my room!
What’s your favourite lilac polish?
That colour is gorgeous! I’ve heard great things about those Rimmel 60 Seconds polishes, I should try them.
I don’t have many lilac polishes, but I have Essie “Lilacism” that I really like.
Thank you Stephanie!
