Mask Monday: Sally’s Box Friendly Cherry Blossom Hand Mask

Hey everyone!

For today’s Mask Monday I’m sharing a different kind of mask – a hand mask! This is the Sally’s Box Friendly Cherry Blossom Hand Mask that I received in my Memebox Scentbox #4.

Let’s see how this worked out…

Directions are easy: wash hands, dry hands, put gloves on for 10-15 minutes, then massage in the rest of the lotion.

These gloves are HUGE!

The outer shell is plastic-y and the inside liner is a cotton-y type thing.

Once the gloves are on you can go about your regular business because they are sealed – the lotion will not leak out.

Feeling

Wearing these felt weird, it was kind of like sweating in latex gloves.

I was putting away my daughter’s toys with these on and I never felt like they were going to slip off.

Scent

These have a light floral scent to them. I’m not too familiar with floral scents, but it seemed a bit fake to me. Not in a bad way though, it was a pleasant smell.

After Removal

Once I removed the gloves I massaged in the lotion for a good 10-15 minutes and it was still not fully absorbed. It was kind of sticky too which I didn’t like.

My hands looked smooth, but I had to rinse them to get rid of the stickiness so it kind of undid the treatment.

Final Thoughts

I did not like the stickiness that it left afterwards, but these were fun to try so I’d definitely try hand masks from other brands.

Have you tried hand masks before?
