Back in January, Sarah (from Workaday Beauty) discovered this new monthly subscription about beads and knowing that I make jewellery she sent me the link to their site. I’m super happy that she did because I love making jewellery and this is a great way to try new items and get some inspiration!
What is this subscription??? It’s called Blueberry Cove Beads and it’s from Nova Scotia! 🙂
Let’s take a look at their February box…
This is their third box (it’s brand new) and every month has a theme which is great because it’s a mix of items that will all work well together.
The theme for February was Vintage Tea Party: The theme this month is inspired by classic English afternoon tea parties. Feel free to grab a cuppa and a slice of cake to get in the mood!
Want to watch an unboxing video? 🙂
Here’s a closer look at the items in this month’s box.
That’s a pretty good bunch of items, isn’t it?!?
This box actually arrived 2 weeks ago and I filmed my video last week, so I have made my challenge piece already, here it is.
What do you think? I know it’s not everyone’s style, it’s not quite my style either, but I’m very happy with the piece I created. I have other ideas of pieces to do with the items from this box so once those are done I’ll do a new post to show you what I made, and maybe do a video too and share some tips on how I did certain things.
Blueberry Cove Beads is a monthly bead subscription that costs $22 USD + $5 shipping. They ship on the 3rd of the month so hurry now if you want in for the March box!
I was quite happy with this box and am looking forward to what will be in the next one.
Thank you Sarah for introducing me to this sub!
