I’m quite late in posting my June box from Blueberry Cove Beads, especially since my July box arrived today (Monday) – as I prepare this for tomorrow (Tuesday). But here it is!
While taking my pictures for this box I also took the pictures of the July box so I’m ready for it! I will try to do a challenge piece for July so it might be a week or 2 (or 3) before I post it because I will show you what I come up with.
Anywho, onto the June box!
The theme this month is inspired by the gypsy boho style. Did you know the word ‘boho’ comes from the word Bohemian, which was an early word to describe a gypsy (someone from Bohemia/Romania). Designer Savannah Miller described a ‘real bohemian’ as “someone who has the ability to appreciate beauty on a deep level, is a profound romantic, doesn’t know any limits, whose world is their own creation, rather than living in a box.”
There are some pretty pieces this month (as always) so let’s take a closer look.
Look at the gorgeous colour of this cord!
Some wooden pieces plus the ceramic donuts for the challenge.
Some nice silver pieces plus lots of printed wooden beads.
Some antique bronze feathers, and moon and star beads.
Some nice filigree pieces.
Some copper round pendants and lots of blue beauties.
And those are the contents of the June box!
I have not done anything with these items since I just opened my box tonight, so I have nothing to show you today. Any ideas on what I could do?
Blueberry Cove Beads is a monthly bead subscription that costs $22 + $5 (USD) shipping. They ship to Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia!
