Black Fly Booze

Happy New Year’s Eve everyone!

Are you going to party it up? We’ll be keeping it quiet at home. We’ll have a yummy dinner and maybe watch a movie, and maybe have a drink or two. 😉 Speaking of drinks, do you still need to pick up your beverages for tonight? I have a few options for you to consider from Black Fly Booze. I’ve already shared the drinks they offer in 473mL aluminum cans and today I’m sharing with you five of their 400mL resealable bottled drinks: Vodka Grapefruit, Tequila Margarita, Long Island Iced Tea, Gin Tom Collins (new this year), and Vodka Cranberry.

Must be of legal drinking age to purchase. Please drink responsibly.

What’s nice about these bottles is that they’re non-breakable and resealable. They also have 20% more content than the standard bottle; the standard is 330mL and these have 400mL.

These drinks are all lightly sweetened with real cane sugar, are free from high-fructose corn syrup, are made with real juices, and have no gluten.

Vodka Grapefruit – The delicious taste of tart grapefruit juice in a crisp refreshing vodka mixed drink. Made with real pink grapefruit juice.

Tequila Margarita – An authentic & classic tequila margarita. Made with real lime juice & a hint of salt.

Long Island Iced Tea – A delicious classic cocktail. Made with real lemon juice. Notes of gin, rum and a splash of cola.

Gin Tom Collins – A legendary, light and ultra refreshing Gin classic cocktail. Made with real lemon and lime juices.

Vodka Cranberry – A highly refreshing not too sweet mixed drink. Made with real cranberry & wild blueberry juices.

I’ve tried them all – honestly how could I resist?!? 😉 And they’re all so yummy! They’re advertised as not too sweet and they really are not too sweet. When drinks are too sweet I don’t want seconds, and with these I definitely want seconds – and thirds!

These bottles are made of plastic and will not break if you freeze them. I put the Tequila Margarita in the freezer to make a slushy drink, but it didn’t quite work out. It completely froze and took about 2.5 hours to unfreeze enough to get a good mix of ice and water, but it wasn’t slushy. That being said, if you put your bottle in the freezer to get it to cool faster and then forget about it, at least the bottle won’t break so you’ll still get to enjoy your drink.

Another way to cool a drink is with ice, obviously. If you don’t have a glass to pour your drink in, the opening on these bottles is wide enough that you can put ice directly in them if you want to.

I’ve really enjoyed all the Black Fly drinks I’ve tried so far and definitely want to try the rest. I highly recommend giving these a try, and if you’re already set for tonight then keep them in mind for your next purchase.

Have you tried their drinks yet?
