China Glaze ”Shocking Pink (neon)” Nail Polish

Hello everyone!

The theme this month with the Canadian Beauty Bloggers is neon so I figured it was the perfect time to wear China Glaze Shocking Pink (neon). Let’s take a look at this bright pink beauty…

The brushes on the China Glaze bottles are the typical round brushes, but I do find them a wee bit smaller than regular brushes.

The formula on this polish is a bit thin and streaky and I had to use three coats for full opacity. It also has a waxy finish, which you can see a bit in this next picture.

I’m not a fan of this type of finish so I added a top coat and tada, all better! 🙂

These pictures really don’t do justice to this nail polish because it is BRIGHT! It’s the kind of colour that makes you look really tanned and you can see it from a mile away. It almost looks like it glows on your fingertips.

I wore this polish almost 3 years ago for the CIBC Run for the Cure and you can see how it really seems to glow. I did not touch up my pictures at all, that is how bright this polish is!

Here are my pink neon nails for today's event. 💅 China Glaze in "shocking pink" (3 coats) with Sally Hansen "glass slipper" (2 coats). No top coat.

This is a beautiful neon pink, and the only true neon nail polish I own. I love it!
