I’m back with one last review for this brand; today I’m sharing with you the Rocia Smudge-Proof Mascara ($20 CAD).

The brush is the typical mascara brush and it works well.
Here is how it looks on me.
I really like the effect that it gives, it’s just how I like it – not too crazy, but not too natural either.
Now for the big test… how does it stand against my eye twitch… here I am four hours later. Please ignore the greasy face, I did not blot because I thought I would just zoom in to my eyes, but when I was formatting the picture I noticed that you could not really see the smudging when I did that. So here I am in my greasy glory. Story of my life.
Ugh, definitely not my best picture. But you can see the smudging. 🙁
I’ve mentioned this many times before: most mascaras do this to me – like 95% of them – because I have this tic where I close my eyes shut tight every few minutes. Been doing it since I was a kid so I don’t see it going away any time soon. So I always expect mascaras to do this on me, and most do. This one is definitely not the worse I’ve had though.
I really like the effect that this mascara gives and if it was not for the smudging I would definitely use it.

ugh i would hate it if 95% mascaras smudge on me. lol. the make up forever smokey stretch works well and doesn’t do that for me so its great. this looks good but i know it would be too ‘natural’ looking for me. asian lashes…what can you do.
I’ve found some KBeauty mascaras that work for me so I’m extremely happy about that! 🙂
This is a constant problem for me with mascara as well. That under eye smudge is the fucking bane of my existence!
Why us… WHY US??? Do you have an eye twitch thing like I do? Or is it really my oily lids that are doing this? Or a combo of both… ugh! At least I’ve found some KBeauty mascaras that DO NOT do that, so there is hope. 🙂
I don’t have the eye twitch, but I do get watery eyes very easily. And I am also saddled with greasy ass eyelids (which is weird because my face itself doesn’t get greasy! WTH!) I think it has to be the oil doing it, I can’t explain it otherwise. 🙁
*shakes fist at oily lids* 🙁
