Hello everyone!
I’m late in posting my May box from Blueberry Cove Beads, especially since my June box arrived this week, but better late than never right? 🙂
Before I get into May’s box I just want to share with you that I was the challenge winner for the April box, YAY! Which means my June box is free, whoohoo!
I've been a bit late doing the draw for this… but we have a winner for the Abstract Colour box giveaway!…

Alright, onto the May box. The theme this month is The Crystal Cave: In Mexico there is a place called the Naica mine, renowned for its amazing selenite crystals. Some are as large as 50ft long, and 4ft in diameter. The beads you’ll find in this box aren’t quite as large, but are inspired by the crystal cave..
Turns out I was one of the lucky two who got a piece of selenite crystal (gypsum) from Nova Scotia, yay! 😀
Look at these pretty pieces, especially that quartz and long agate!
More pretties, and the bicone crystals are the challenge pieces.
Look at those beautiful rainbow fluorite chips!
And last but not least, some wire.
I have not worked on a challenge piece this time because I did not have the energy to think about it. Going back to work has been keeping me a bit tired. I have been posting somewhat regularly lately, but I find writing a review is easier than trying to come up with a jewellery design. Anywho…
Are you into crafting/jewellery making?
Blueberry Cove Beads is a monthly bead subscription that costs $22 + $5 (USD) shipping. They ship to Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia!
