ACURE Organics is a brand that I’ve been seeing a lot in the blogosphere lately and I’ve always been intrigued. They are all natural and fit right in with my new lifestyle so it’s definitely a brand I had on my radar. I was so excited when I received some of their products to try out and I’ll be sharing my thought with you on all of them today.

Aromatherapeutic Rose Argan Oil ($24.49 CAD / $12.99 USD)
I’ve been loving oils on my face this winter and this one is no exception.
A true skin super food! Incredibly rich in vitamin E, essential fatty acids, and proteins, argan oil helps restore the appearance of texture and tone. Use it as a: facial serum, body + decollete massage oil, hair serum, hand + cuticle oil, soothes dry elbows + heels. Lightweight and easily absorbed, you can allow the soothing blend of rose geranium + lemongrass to soothe the senses and calm the mind.
My face has been feeling great since I’ve introduced this product into my skincare. It’s been feeling softer, and it doesn’t get as oily during the day. The dry winter air is harsh on any skin, and this oil has been helping mine greatly.
I’ve also been using it on my décolleté after every shower (on top of my moisturiser) and my skin there has been feeling softer as well.
It smells very very light, I can barely detect a smell at all.
Calming Body Lotion (full size: $18.99 CAD / $9.99 USD)
I do love body lotions and moisturise my body after every shower/bath and my hands every time I wash them.
It’s been a long day. Luckily, this calming lotion is here to help you decompress. Super moisturization plus the soothing scent of lavender and sacred lotus stem cell you say? If we hadn’t made it, we’d be thanking the people that did.
This lotion and the ultra-hydrating lotion have the exact same ingredient list, except for a few essential oils in this one for the scent. Both lotions feel exactly the same for me, and they feel great. I’ve been using this one on my hands before going to bed so that its soothing scent can help set me into a dreamy mood.
Quick Fix Correcting Balm ($29.99 CAD / $15.99 USD)
I wasn’t sure how this product was supposed to be used until I read its description:
This certified organic balm works wonders around the mouth and eyes. With organic argan and borage oils to soothe and calm this all-in-one balm can be used for: cuticles, chapped hands, crow’s feet and your feet.
Since my skin is not immune to ageing, I’ll take all the help I can get with my eyes and lips so that’s where I’ve been using this product.
I can’t say that it’s made any fine lines around my eyes disappear per se, but it helps keep the skin moisturised and moisturised skin just looks better overall.
I’ve noticed a bigger difference with my lips – I apply it liberally all over my lips and around my mouth (about 1cm out). The skin around my lips looks a lot better; it doesn’t look dry and old like it was starting to a few months ago.
Ultra-Hydrating Body Lotion ($18.99 CAD / $9.99 USD)
An ultra-hydrating body lotion is a must during these dry winter months – which are almost over…!
Rescue your rough skin with this fragrance free Ultra Hydrating Body Lotion. Fight flaky dryness with a super moisturizing complex of cocoa butter, evening primrose, argan oil and CoQ10. So smooth, you’ll think it’s hitting on you.
When I see “ultra hydrating” I expect the texture of the lotion to be thick and heavy/oily. I was really surprised that this one is neither thick nor oily – at all. It absorbs rather very quickly and does not leave any kind of oiliness behind. None. Nada. Nothing.
That being said, it is very hydrating and keeps my skin feeling soft and smooth all day long.
Final Thoughts
Having finally tried ACURE Organics, I’m hooked! The Aromatherapeutic Rose Argan Oil has made my skin feel so soft, and the Quick Fix Correcting Balm is a must for my lips. Both body lotions have been leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturised without any greasy feeling, which is awesome.
My only negative is: why do we have to pay double the US price?!? 🙁

I’m in love with their argan oil. Haven’t tried their marula oil yet, but I’ll have to! 🙂
