Remember a few weeks ago when I posted Illamasqua “Faux Pas” and mentioned I bought a few more Illamasqua nail polish on The Bay? This is one of them! I present to you Illamasqua Collide!
The brush is the typical round brush and it works well. You can choose to leave the square cap on or remove it – there’s a small round tip underneath.
Collide is described as a bright neon pink with a satin finish. Short and to the point, because that’s what it is!
The formula is a wee bit sheer, more a crelly than a creme finish, but the end result is gorgeous. Plus, one coat is enough. It’s self-levelling so you don’t have to worry about bumps or patches. Could you ask for a better formula? I think not! 🙂
I do have two coats in these pictures because I thought the extra coat might make the pink pop a bit more, but it didn’t really do that much of a difference so one coat is definitely all you need with this nail polish.
I’m not a huge fan of the satin finish so I added a top coat and I love it!
I took a picture outside to show you how bright this nail polish really is. Look at that beauty!
This is the second nail polish I try from Illamasqua and I’m seriously impressed. They are over my usually $5 limit for nail polish, but they are definitely worth the splurge!
Have you tried nail polish from Illamasqua?
