I’m back with two more polish from the essence mountain calling limited edition; today I’m showing you let’s climb mount beauty and the snow alert! snow effect.
Let’s start with let’s climb mount beauty, a beautiful red that is a one coater! That’s right, one coat. However, I am wearing two coats in these pictures because I find two coats last longer than one coat. These pictures are with no topcoat though – look how shiny and levelled it is on its own!
I love the brushes on their small shaped bottles because they cover the nail in two strokes. And since the end is tapered it helps keep your cuticles clean.
This is a perfect red for the holidays!
I then followed with one coat of snow alert! snow effect. This is a clear base with small and medium white hex glitters. The glitter payoff is great, I find it’s just right – not too little and not too much.
These cylindrical bottles have a wide and thin brush too, but it’s not as wide as the brush their regular bottles have. They don’t work as well as the other brushes (like let’s climb mount beauty above), but they still do a good job – they’re not bad brushes (just not as good).
I find the finish on the snow alert! snow effect to be a bit lacklustre, but I always add a topcoat anyway so it takes care of that. Glitter polishes give a bumpy finish so I added two coats of butter LONDON Hardwear P.D. Quick Topcoat.
Isn’t this pretty?!?
Two years ago I did some easy Christmas nail art that I called Snow on Santa’s Suit and this combo is the exact same thing – just with different products. 🙂
Did you grab any polishes from this collection?
