Back in January I placed an order on RoseRoseShop and I grabbed these two nail polishes from Nature Republic: no 28 and no 44 (just numbers, no names). With spring just around the corner I’m starting to lust after turquoise shades and could not pass up these two beauties!
The brushes on these bottles are wide and thin, just like I love them. And they work great.
I just HAD to have this one, even if I already have like 10 shades that are similar. You know how it is. 😉 This is such a gorgeous pastel turquoise shade!
The formula on this polish was a bit thin and streaky so I needed three coats for full opacity. I then finished it off with a layer of topcoat. I’m not a fan of creme polishes that need three coats, but the end result on this one makes it all worth it. I mean, seriously, look at that beauty. LOVE!
This glitter bomb just looked like it would be perfect to pair with No 28 so of course I HAD to have this one too! 😉
This one was a dream to work with. On my ring finger I only applied one coat and it was jam packed with glitter and flakie goodness! On the other fingers I sponged a gradient at the tips of my nails. I then finished it off with two layers of topcoat.
I need to find my extra macro lens magnet so I can use it on my new cell cause I NEED to do a macro shot of this one!
These pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful glitter gradient so here’s the photo I posted on Instagram.
My nails even matched the new water bottle I bought!
These are regularly $2.59 USD each, but I got them on sale for $2.14 each.
Do you have a weakness for this colour like I do?
