Bk Kitty Glow In The Dark #28 – Swatches and Review (from Born Pretty Store)

Hi everyone!

Today’s post is about a glow in the dark nail polish from the Born Pretty Store called Bk Candy Color Fluorescent Neon Luminous Nail Art Polish Glow in Dark, in the colour #28. Read until the end to get my 10% off coupon code.

I first saw these polishes on Very Emily and being the sucker that I am for cute packaging I just had to get one. 🙂

The brush is wide and thin, just like I love them.

The formula is a bit streaky and you can see it a bit in these pictures (up close and under bright lights), but in real life surroundings you could not see them.

In these pictures I have 2 coats of colour plus 1 coat of Butter London Hardwear P.D. Quick Top Coat.

How cute is this kitty bottle?!?

This polish glows really well in the dark. I “charged” it before taking this next picture so my camera would capture it well, but you really don’t need to.

I kept forgetting that this was a glow in the dark polish and when I would go to bed, once the lights were off and I was fixing my blankets, my nails would always catch my attention and I would be just like a kid, waving my hands in the air and doing shapes and all. They glowed really well without charging them first (since I kept forgetting) and it lasted a good time as well.

This colour is a beautiful bright blue and I couldn’t help but look at my nails when I wore it.

Once this polish dried I found it had a soapy smell which lasted about a day.

This nail polish (12ml) retails for $4.99 USD on Born Pretty. Don’t forget to use my coupon AOBQ10 to get 10% off your order!

Have you tried a glow in the dark nail polish before?

– Chantal 🙂
