Welcome to the new Chantal’s Corner, YAY! 😀
That’s right, I switched from Blogger to a self-hosted WordPress platform, and I bought my domain! I now own ChantalsCorner.ca and everything in it!
It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while now and finally decided to do it! I’ve been hard at work this week setting up my new home and I’m finally ready to show you all.
I’m still fine-tuning my new theme and I still need to go through my old posts to update them a bit (I don’t really have to, but I just need it all perfect), so please bear with me during my adjustment period.

I thought it would be a huge undertaking, but it was not as bad as I expected. The biggest thing is to update the categories and tags on all posts (that’s a personal choice).

The plugin to redirect blogger to WordPress is so useful and also gives stats on how many redirects it did.
