Rebels Refinery Capital Vices Skull Lip Balm in Luxuria Passion Fruit

Hey everyone!

Have you hard about Rebels Refinery before? They’re a Canadian brand (yay Canada!) that makes skin care products and their mission is to help make men look good, feel good and raise money and awareness for the most notable Prostate Cancer Foundations.

I did not know about this brand until a friend showed me their Capital Vices Skull Lip Balm a few weeks ago. I HAD to get one! I mean, it’s a skull and it’s HOT PINK! (they also come in black)

They describe their lip balm as:
Function meets design with the Capital Vices Collection Skull Lip Balm. The highest quality coconut and sweet almond oils moisten, nourish and protect while Vitamin E provides essential antioxidants. Did we mention it’s unisex? The bottom of each balm is embossed w/ the quotation:

“Be all my sins remember’d”- Hamlet

I got the scent luxuria (passion fruit) and it smells SO GOOD!

I’ve compared it with an eos lip balm just so you can get an idea of the size.

The Rebels Refinery lip balm is a little bit smaller with 5.5 g or product compared to 7 g in the eos lip balm.

How does it do as a lip balm? I really like it – and way more than the eos lip balm too! It hydrates my lips well and does not leave them parched when it wears off. I find I reapply about once every hour or so, and it’s more because I want to smell it again. Even once gone, my lips still feel soft.

It smells so good I just want to eat it up, mmm mmm mmm!

I won’t lie, I totally bought this because of the skull packaging. But it’s also a great lip balm, win-win!

These skull lip balms also come in Superbia (mint) and Avaritia (natural) and retail for $8 (CAD).
