Hey everyone!
I only got into blushes in the past year, and being the KBeauty lover that I am I just had to try some of their blushes. And now I own this Plum Cushion Blusher from THEFACESHOP. Let’s take a closer look…
Isn’t this packaging just adorable?!? It even comes with a little puff applicator.
I bought this blusher in store, but there was only one left and there were no testers so I did not swatch it. Once I did (at home) I found it way lighter than I expected. It looks more like a highlighter than a blush. It is a beautiful pastel pink shimmer though.
I still tried it as a blush, but it was barely noticeable and really hard to capture on camera. I added it on the apples of my cheeks – you can kind of detect a shimmer.
This is not the product I expected it to be, but I’ll still try to figure out ways to use this blusher.
What do you think?

Yeah, I wouldn’t exactly call it a ‘plum’ shade… Still looks pretty on you (I think I can see it!)
Thank you Natalie! 😀
I think I can see it too, lol! I had just done my makeup so my face was matte and I can see a shimmer on my cheek so that has to be it, right? 🙂
It’s so pretty as a highlighter though. Unexpected but still really pretty!
I agree, it looks perfect as a hightlighter, with just a hint of pink in it.
Very subtle…definitely more of a highlighter…but that packaging though!
I get sucked in by cute packaging all the time! 🙂
whenever i see these in store, i really want them but i’ve read so many reviews where they look and review as chalky and sheer so..i stay away.
Good idea with this one. The cuteness sure is there, but it’s not the product I expected it to be. I’ll actually try it as an eye shadow to see how it’d look.
looks more like a highlighter than a blush! The packaging is ADORBS but this definitely won’t show up on my skin!
Yeah this is definitely a product for light skin.
Definitely not plum, which I would assume would be a dark pink-purple, but this is a pretty highlighter shade.
Yeah, definitely not plum. But still good to have around for highlighting – if only I did that! 🙂
