In my Spring 2016 Luxe Box I received the ModelCo BB PLUS Cream in the shade light and today I’m here to show you what it looks like.
This product is considered a daily all-in-one skin perfector with broad spectrum SPF 30, as stated on the packaging above.
I have a hard time detecting a scent, but when I get it almost into my nose I get a kind of plastic-y sunblock scent. But like I said it’s very light so I don’t notice it when it’s on my face.
The texture is almost whipped, but not as light as if it was fully whipped – if that makes any sense. It’s not heavy though.
Alright, let’s see how much coverage it gives me.
Not that much, you can barely tell that I put something on. It’s also a bit darker than my skin tone, and I even have a little tan right now so this would definitely not work for me during the winter when I’m at my normal pale complexion. I like that it has a matte finish though.
They only have two shades for this BB Cream: light and medium, so not that much of a range.
This product does not give me the coverage I expect from a BB Cream, but since it has SPF 30 I can see using it as a tinted sunblock for my face… once I get a darker tan.
