Time to look at my purchases for February! I was good last month. There’s one big item that I wanted (I didn’t need it), but the rest were all things I needed.

Garmin – Lily Sport Edition Smartwatch – When I saw this fitness tracker I just HAD to have it. I mean, LOOK AT IT! The face measures 35.4 mm which is the PERFECT size for me (BestBuy says 25.4 mm, but it’s 35.4 mm). For size reference, my wrists are 5.5″. And I love that it doesn’t look like a fitness tracker. They call it a smartwatch but compared to “real” smartwatches, this is just a fitness tracker that can show notifications. Is it a perfect fitness tracker? No. But it’s perfect for what I do and use it for. I bought the Sport Edition, but there is also a Classic Edition which has a leather band instead of silicone, and the case is stainless steel instead of fiber-reinforced polymer. Both editions have three colour combos. Anywho, I bought mine from BestBuy because I figured returns would be easier if I need to return it. Remember the FitBit that I bought and returned in January? I had to pay for return shipping cause I bought it directly from FitBit.
Esthederm – Osmopure Cleansing Water and Intensive Hyaluronic Serum – I needed more micellar water and hyaluronic acid serum so I bought these from my friend Véronique at Vie Esthetic Studio. They’ve been working great so far!
Schick – Hydro Silk Razor Blades – I wax my legs, but the day after I always like to shave my legs to remove the little hairs that stayed behind. I have a Hydro Silk TrimStyle razor so I buy blades for it.
Kerotin – Keratin Renewal Shampoo & Conditioner, and Scalp Massager – I’ve tried the shampoo and conditioner before and loved them so I ordered more. They’re great for damaged hair, and they make my waves & curls stand out more than any other shampoo and conditioner that I’ve tried. I also bought the scalp massager because I’ve been wanting to try one for a long time. I use it when I wash my hair and it’s really nice to use.
Nivea – Fresh Pure 0% Aluminum Deodorant Dry Spray – I use Drysol as my antiperspirant (which I apply every two weeks or so) and I wanted a deodorant that I could use daily to help with the occasional odours. I didn’t want the regular white stick product because I’m tired of the stains that they leave on shirts. I saw this spray at Shoppers Drug Mart so I decided to try it, and I LOVE IT! The scent is light and very pleasant, and it’s been working like a charm. Definitely a new HG product for me.
And those are my February purchases. I’m really happy with everything that I bought.
I absolutely LOVE my Garmin Lily! Like I said, it’s not a perfect fitness tracker, but it’s perfect for me.
You’ll probably see most of the other products in my purchases in the future because they’re all working great for me.
Did you notice that I did NOT buy any nail polish this time?! I’ve been buying the Bio Seaweed Gel monthly specials since last August I believe. The February colours just didn’t interest me. But I already have my eyes on the March colours so you’ll be seeing them in my purchases again. 😛
