I noticed this green nail polish in the stash I received from my sister-in-law, and being called Irish Green I figured that this was the perfect time to share it with you since St. Patrick’s Day is less than a week away. Let’s take a look at this neon green from Sinful Colors…

The brush is round and it’s a good size; it works well.

Irish Green is a sheer neon green polish that doesn’t get fully opaque. In these pictures I have three coats (plus topcoat) and you can still see my lunulae and very short nail line (more obvious on my index). The formula was good to work with though; it was not patchy nor streaky and was self-leveling.

To give it a little St. Patrick’s Day flair I painted my ring finger in gold with essence “my sunny side” (two coats + topcoat).

Depending on what you want to do with this nail polish, you would greatly benefit from a white base to get rid of the visible nail line and it would make the colour pop even more.
I’m not a fan of green on myself, especially not bright greens cause they just don’t go well with my skin tone, but I can still appreciate a pretty green and this one sure is pretty, and bright!
Do you like green? Do you wear it?
Chantal 🙂
