Hi everyone!
I hope you’re all having a great weekend! I didn’t have much to do this weekend so it’s been very relaxing, which is great.
Last Thursday, Melissa from Claw of Cthulhu posted a Deborah Lippman polish and it made me want to take out mine that I had not worn yet, so I put it on last night and here it is! I received this for my birthday from my brother and his girlfriend. Isn’t it gorgeous?!?
This is Bad Romance. Any Lady Gaga fans reading this? 🙂
The brush on this bottle is a bit small and reminds me of the Essie brushes.
This polish is described as a blackened gray with fuchsia glitter. It has mini and regular hex glitters in it. The base is sheer so I needed 3 coats for full opacity, but that is to be expected with these types of glitter polishes.
The formula was great to work with – not too thick and not too thin. The glitter payoff was great and I didn’t need to go fishing for them.
And since glitter polishes tend to have an uneven finish, I always go top coat crazy because I love my smooth finishes, so I finished it off with 3 coats of top coat. 🙂
Of course since this is a glitter polish we need a macro shot!
I’m loving this polish and I can’t stop staring at my nails!
Do you own any Deborah Lippmann polishes?
– Chantal 🙂
