When the textured nail polish trend was big a few years ago, one brand/collection that I really wanted to try was the Zoya PixieDust. There was just something about how their textured nail polishes looked that really appealed to me. Did I ever buy one? No… But thanks to my sister-in-law, who gave me 90% of her collection, I was finally able to try one, and here it is! This is Liberty.
The brush is the typical round brush and it works really well.
Liberty is described as a blue sugary sparkle. It is a gorgeous bright blue base with I think micro silver glitters, but they just look blue because of the base. Or maybe they’re blue… I’m not sure. Let’s take a look at a macro shot.
The formula was really nice to work with and I’d say 97% opaque with two coats, but I went with three coats just to give the colour an extra oomph, and to make it last longer since I was not adding a top coat over it. And long lasting it was; I wore it for SEVEN days with only minimal tip wear!
This is the first PixieDust I try and I wish I had more. Love, love, love this one!
