I’m in a gel nail polish phase lately so I decided to resubscribe to the Candy Coat Gel Polish Monthly Subscription (I was subscribed last year then cancelled after the June 2019 box). I resubbed in June and my box arrived this past Thursday, so let’s take a look at the June 2020 box…
The colours included in the June box are beautiful neons and perfect for the summer! Here are the contents of the box:
- Gel nail polish in 660V (neon pink), 661 (neon orange), and 835 (glittery neon yellow)
- mini holo coin purse
- shells for nail art
- swatch pops x3
- nail stickers
- nail file
- nail cleaning pads x3
- candy
The pink in this box (660V) looks A LOT like the pink I received in my box of February 2019 (no 509). I will have to compare the two – stay tuned for that later this summer.
I love the way they package their boxes; it’s really cute and I save the pompoms and sequins for my daughter. I even used the pompoms as props once, see them in action. My daughter usually takes gets 😉 some of the goodies in the box too. She already ate the SweetTarts and called dibs on the coin purse.
The subscription costs $26.99 and shipping is $17.99 (flat rate for international) for a total of $44.98 ish, depending on the exchange. This box was $42.46 CAD on my credit card. Three gel nail polishes alone plus shipping would be $63, so these boxes are a great value!
I’m really happy to have subscribed again and am excited to see what I’ll receive in the next box.
