I don’t need any new body lotion/cream/butter right now, I have enough to last me quite a few months, but I just couldn’t resist this one. It smells SO GOOD, just like sweet vanilla frosting. The scent is not overwhelming either, I find it just perfect.
And, you know what? This body butter leaves a shimmer on your skin. Yes, SHIMMER! I borrowed my daughter’s arm to show you because my arms are all veiny. 😛 I’m not the only one who loves to sparkle! 😉
As you can see the shimmer is subtle; it won’t make you look like a disco ball. But if that’s what you like then simply apply more body butter and you’ll have more shimmer.
You don’t feel the shimmer either; it’s not gritty on the skin. The shimmer is created with fine mica particles and not actual glitters.

This body butter is pink – I love pink. 😛 It’s also very moisturizing and a little goes a long way.
There’s also a Birthday Cake Sugar Scrub that will leave the same shimmer on your skin, but I can’t do body scrubs because of my Dermatographia (I’d be itching like crazy all over my body – NOT fun). So I’m VERY happy that there is a body butter version of this scent. I LOVE IT!!!
