I think for once my monthly purchases weren’t too big. There actually was a big purchase, but I returned it. More on that at the end of this post. For now, let’s take a look at what I bought and kept in January.
Aisle – Period Underwear – I want to try more brands of period underwear so I bought the Bikini from Aisle. I have not tried it yet, but I plan on doing a full review once I grab a few more brands.
Aveda – Nutriplenish Leave-in Conditioner – I currently use a similar product from another brand and I’m almost done so I grabbed this one from my friend Vanessa’s online shop at Blush & Rose Beauty Bar.
Aveeno – Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion with Shea Butter – I bought this body lotion (at SDM) for when I exfoliate my body in the shower. I use the body wash from this line and it helps A LOT because of my Dermatographia. But I’m still a little bit itchy once I get out of the shower so I’m curious to see if this body lotion will help with that last bit of itchiness. I’ve used it once so far and it seemed to have the reverse effect on me. Not good. More testing is definitely required.
Bio Seaweed Gel – UNITY Nail Polish – Yes, more. 😀 These were the monthly specials once again: 159 Sunset, 164 Rose Dust, and 198 Fancy Me.
Rebels Refinery – Lip Balms – ShopHali was having a free shipping event so I bought more lip balms. I was almost done with the previous ones I had (which I’ve since finished) so I wanted to try more flavours. These two are just as good as the others were. The heart is Wildberry and the cactus is Natural Summer Citrus.
If you watch my IG stories then you probably saw that I also bought a Fitbit Charge 4 in January, and then I returned it. I have small wrists and it felt bulky and uncomfortable on me. So back it went.
Do you have a fitness tracker? Which one?
Also, any brands of period underwear I should check out? I already have Knix, and now Aisle. I know Aerie just released some so I plan on grabbing some of those. And Revol is also on my radar.
