I’m back with another sheet mask review from 7th Heaven! Today we’ll be taking a look at their Charcoal Detox Bubble Mask and their Charcoal Tonic Mask.

Charcoal Detox Bubble Mask ($4.99)
This mask smells fresh, I really enjoy its scent. The mask material is very soft, which is quite nice. The fit is very good for my face too; covering all around and pretty much up to my hairline. The tip of my nose is exposed, but I get that with ALL sheet masks so it’s nothing new. It doesn’t go far under the chin, but it stays in place and does not give me a mask goatee.
I love bubble masks because the bubbling kind of tickles the face. It’s a very pleasant experience. I kept this mask on for ten minutes.

It’s fun to see the progression of the bubbles when doing a bubble mask.

After removing the sheet mask I massaged in what was left of the bubbles on my face and rinsed it off. I then proceeded with the rest of my evening skincare routine. My face felt really good. There was no irritation whatsoever, just softness and smoothness.
Charcoal Tonic Mask ($4.99)
This mask smells fresh with what I find is a hint of green tea. I really like it. The mask material is very soft and it’s drenched in essence, but not to the point that it drips down my neck. The fit is good; it’s very similar to the bubble mask. It also stays in place at the chin area; there is no mask goatee to be seen here. It feels cool on the face, which is nice. I kept it on for ten minutes.

After removing the mask, I massaged it in a bit then rinsed it off. After I finished with the rest of my evening skincare routine. My face felt good.
I have to mention one thing… while wearing the mask, it started to have this chemical-ish scent that kind of reminded me of when I would get my hair permed back in the 80s and 90s. It was a VERY faint scent, but it was there and that’s the memory that it triggered. The mask did NOT burn or irritate my skin whatsoever, my face felt very cool and comfortable the entire time, and there was no redness upon removal. Like I said, the scent was VERY faint, but it was there so I just had to mention it.
Both masks had a similar fresh scent that was very pleasant. The Charcoal Tonic Mask had a bit of a weird scent while wearing it, but the fresh scent was still there. Both these masks made my skin feel very soft and smooth and I enjoyed doing both of them. That being said, the bubble mask is my favourite. Bubble masks are always so much fun to do!
These charcoal masks, along with many more masks from 7th Heaven, can be purchased on FarleyCo.
Have you tried a bubble mask before?
