Bath Time Fun with Foamie, bubble t, and Mika – A Review

I received some fun bath & shower products and my daughter has definitely been enjoying them a lot. I’m talking about the Foamie Shower Sponge, the bubble t Bath Melting Oil Pearls, and the Mika Foam Soap. Let’s take a closer look.

Foamie Shower Sponge

I’ve never heard of the Foamie Shower Sponge before and it looked interesting. I chose the scent Shake your Coconuts and OMG does it ever smell GOOD! Before we started using it I had it hanging on the towel rack and it filled the bathroom with this amazing coconut scent. Even my husband loved the scent. I almost want to buy another one to use just for that purpose because it really smelled that good.

The Foamie Shower Sponge is filled with small soap pieces that you can feel when you squeeze the sponge. Once you put the sponge under water and squeeze it a few times it fills up with suds. The sponge has a soft side and an exfoliating side. It works really well at cleansing your body.

It’s supposed to last 30 showers, but my daughter played with it in the bath so it was definitely used up a lot faster than it should have.

The Foamie Shower Sponge comes in three scents and they retail for $18.25 on ShopHali.com.

bubble t Bath Melting Oil Pearls

Talk about a blast from the past! I LOVED oil pearls when I was a kid and these brought back memories of bath time. I chose the scent Hibiscus & Acai Berry Tea to try out and they smell wonderful. The scent is fruity, but there’s also an underlying light tea scent that is very pleasant.

bubble t Bath Melting Oil Pearls

My daughter has been enjoying these oil pearls a lot, often asking me if she can use 3-4-5 of them, lol! I set a limit at two per bath, tee-hee. She loves to squeeze them because it makes the oil squirt out of them. And once they’re empty she plays with the outer shells, using them as props with her mermaid dolls in the bath.

The only negative thing I have to say about these is that they leave a film in the tub. But they do leave your skin feeling silky soft and moisturized.

The bubble t Bath Melting Oil Pearls come in three scents and they retail for $12 on ShopHali.com.

Mika Foam Soap

I saved the best for last because this item is the one that my daughter had the most fun with. I chose the scent Groovy Grape because the packaging is purple and that is my daughter’s favourite colour. It really smells good too, it’s a nice grape-y scent.

Mika Foam Soap

This Foam Soap is really fun because the soap keeps its shape when you squirt it out, and it works just like a can of whipped cream: you give it a little shake, turn it upside down, and push the nozzle sideways to make it come out.

Mika Foam Soap

This bottle also lasted FOR. EVER. My daughter used A LOT at every bath and I was sure it would be used up quite fast, but it lasted WAY beyond what I thought it would.

The Mika Foam Soap comes in eight scents and they retail for $5.50 on ShopHali.com.

Final Thoughts

All three items were hits with my daughter, and with me too!

The Foamie Shower Sponge I’m seriously considering buying one to use as a room scent because it really did smell that good. I mean, when my husband tells me that something smells good, I take note, lol!

My daughter had so much fun with the Mika Foam Soap that I’ll definitely buy more, and in multiple scents/colours too so she’ll be able to mix them up.

The bubble t Bath Melting Oil Pearls we still have because I don’t let her use them at every bath. I’m lazy and don’t want to wash the bath every time she takes one, hee-hee. But they are really nice and you don’t need to use moisturizer after your bath because these pearls do that for you.

Have you tried any of these products?
