When I did this manicure I was in the mood for a dark colour and this one from Bio Seaweed Gel was perfect. It’s called 180 Great Catch. Let’s take a closer look.

180 Great Catch is described as a slate grey with a solid finish. Yep, that’s pretty much it.
What I love about the UNITY line is that you don’t need to use a base coat or a top coat. I mean, you can if you want to, but you don’t need to. You just apply the colour and that’s it. That’s what I do because it saves me time. 🙂
This colour was looking good at two coats, but you could still see some little patches here and there so I applied a third coat. That made it fully opaque.

The label on the bottle is a good representation of the colour.

I was in the mood for a dark colour and this one sure hit the spot. It does look a bit brighter than real life in these pictures because of the cloudy sky reflecting in them, and also the white foam board that I rest my hand on. But if you look on the sides of my nails, where it’s the darkest, that’s what this colour truly is like.

Like all the Bio Seaweed Gel nail polishes that I’ve tried, this one lasted really well. I always remove my gel nail polish after two weeks because my nails get too long for my liking and they drive me nuts. When I removed this one it still looked as pretty (after two weeks) as it did when I first put it on.
Do you like this kind of colour?
– Chantal 🙂
