I placed an order on February 29th and I was waiting for that order to arrive before I shared what I bought last month. It arrived at the end of last week, so let’s take a look at my February beauty purchases.

Face Care
Hard Candy – Sheer Envy Mattifying Primer – I repurchased this primer after trying the Rimmel primer, below (which gives you an idea of how well that one worked out). This is the primer I used previously and it worked great under makeup, so I bought it again.
Rimmel London – Stay Matte Mattifying Primer – I decided to give this one a try after I finished my Hard Candy primer (earlier in February). However, it doesn’t work as well under makeup; my foundation accumulates into my wrinkles. It works well when I only wear a tinted sunblock though, so I mostly use this one on weekends when I don’t wear makeup.
SweetSpot – Unscented Gentle Wash – I use this to cleanse my face and some body parts in my morning shower.
Hair Care
AG – Colour Savour Shampoo & Conditioner – I used these hair products before and liked them so I repurchased them. I only needed the shampoo (I have conditioner already – from another brand), but the combo pack of both was on sale and only $4 more than buying the shampoo alone, so I was crazy NOT to get the combo pack.
Olaplex – Hair Perfector No. 3 – I’ve heard great things about this hair treatment so I decided to give it a try. My hair is damaged from the colour corrections it has been through (NO MORE bleaching for my hair – EVER). So I’m hoping that this treatment will help rebuilt my hair’s strength.
Bumble and bumble – Does It All Light Hold Hairspray – I’m almost done the hairspray I currently have (diff brand) so I bought this one as backup.
Bumble and bumble – Bb. Glow Bond-Building Styler – I received a sample of this in a previous order and using it has made a HUGE difference/improvement in my hair! After I finished the Haidresser’s Invisible Oil Shampoo, my hair got SO DRY (the shampoo is great for dry hair, but made my roots a bit too oily). Adding this product has helped my hair A LOT. So I just HAD to get the full version. This is now a HG product for me!
Bumble and bumble – Haidresser’s Invisible Oil – I actually have another oil at home, but I’m not a fan of its scent. I’ve still been using it (at night) and it has helped my dry ends look and feel better. Since I love the smell of the Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil products I decided to give this one a try. I add this to the ends once my hair is dry. It helps calm and hydrate the dry frizzy ends. I use it every time I do/style my hair. And it smells SO GOOD!
Bumble and bumble – Haidresser’s Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer – This is one of my HG hair products and I will not go without it. I even got one of my friends hooked on it!
February was the month of hair products, lol! And, as you can tell, I lOVE Bumble and bumble products! They’re not cheap, but they work really well for me.
While most products I bought were to replace others that I finished, the new-to-me products are to hopefully help my hair get healthy again. So they weren’t purchase “just because”, there was a purpose behind the purchases.
I did not purchase any clothes in February so at least my wallet got a break from that. 😉
