Wow, we’re already in December. 2020 is almost over! I took some product pictures today since we finally had some sunshine! So let’s get this month started by looking at the products that I finished in November.

Body Care
So…? – Body Mist in Ibiza Dreams* This body mist smelled so good! It was warm and sultry and just yummy. Unfortunately, I barely got to use it. When I took it out a couple of weeks ago it smelled funky. It’s been in my stash for a couple of years so maybe the scent went bad? It sucks because I was really looking forward to using it this winter.
So..? – Body Mist in Watermelon* This one I got to use completely and I really enjoyed it. It smelled fruity and summery and light.
Face Care
Nu Skin – IdealEyes Eye Cream I’ve used this eye cream before, three years ago to be exact. At that time I remember noticing an improvement in my fine lines around my eyes and I was really impressed. I didn’t repurchase it then because I just loved trying new products and I couldn’t resist the pull of a new-to-me product. So I moved on to the next shiny thing. This past summer I bought it again in the hopes that I’d have the same results as last time. I didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good eye cream and I only need a little bit of this one to satisfy the thirst of my eye area. But, I got zero changes in my eye area this time around. That’s why I gave it a double rating; it’s good, but my expectations were high and they were not met.

Éminence – Eight Greens Whip Moisturizer This sample only lasted me a handful of times, but it was enough to impress me! I applied this one at night and my skin felt so well moisturized without feeling greasy/heavy. It’s definitely in the running as my next night time moisturizer purchase.
Institut Esthéderm – Intensive Propolis + Ferulic Acid Skin Perfecting Cream This is another sample that really impressed me in the short time that it lasted. I also used this one at night (after I finished the Éminence one), and my skin felt really good. The scent of this one was really luxurious and I very much enjoyed it.
SkinCeuticals – Hydrating B5 This sample was nice. It didn’t wow me like the two previous ones, but it still helped hydrate my skin at night. The moisturizer I was using at the time wasn’t moisturizing my skin enough anymore now that the drier air is here. This serum added a boost of hydration that my skin needed.
Hair Care
Kristin Ess – Brunette Dry Shampoo This dry shampoo smelled so good! And I loved the brown tint of it because it just blended in with my natural hair colour. I always fluff out my dry shampoos so I don’t mind white cast ones because they disappear, but having a brown one was nice for a change.
And that’s all I finished last month. I was really impressed with the samples that I tried, and pretty much everything I used smelled really good – or used to! 😛 Have you tried any of these?
