August is over and you can feel Fall coming in the air. School starts this month. September sure will be interesting and a whirlwind of emotions. But first, let’s look at the products that I finished last month.

Body Care
Perspirex – Comfort* I used this product over the summer and loved it! Not using antiperspirant was awesome; goodbye white marks on my black tees! I was working on a review for this product, but I wasn’t using the product correctly at first (using too much, too wide) and it was causing lots of itchiness. Once I read up on it again and noticed that I was using it all wrong, I changed that and it fixed most of my itchy problems. But by then I didn’t get to use it often enough to form new thoughts on it. I actually want to try the original version because it lasts longer so you have to reapply less often.
The Body Shop – Mango Body Yogurt* I received these body yogurts two years ago (read my review) and loved them. But my office is a scent-free environment so I could not use them regularly. Now that I work from home I can use all the scented products that I want, and that’s what I’ve been doing! I LOVED the scent of this one, the mango was SO yummy!! And these moisturize really well too. I’m now on to the strawberry scent.
Nair – Wax Ready-Strips for Sensitive Skin I think it’s the first time that I try the ones for sensitive skin, and I actually prefer these over the regular ones! I find that they grab the hairs better, and I can reuse them more often than the regular ones, so I use less strips when waxing my legs. These are my new faves!
Face Care
Caudalie Paris – Resveratrol [Lift] Night Infusion Cream* My thoughts have not changed since I reviewed this product: I loved it and it made my face feel great! I actually noticed an improvement with my skin texture. I even bought the daytime version after having tried this one.
Hard Candy – Sheer Envy Mattifying Primer (R) This is my current go-to primer. It sits well under foundation and does not accumulate into my wrinkles. And it helps keep my skin mattified for longer.
Yeouth – Pure Hyaluronic Acid This one felt the same as the one from The Ordinary (seen in my June empties). The pump dispenser on this one is definitely easier to use (IMO), but I’m not sure it’s worth 3-4 times the price of The Ordinary given that the product feels the exact same to me.
Hair Care
AG Hair Care – BB Cream (R) This product is great for the hair and it smells good, but I now use a different brand with a very similar product (below).
Bumble and bumble – Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer (R) This is my HG hair product. I procrastinated too much on repurchasing it (I finished my full size in July) so thankfully I had this sample in my stash to tie me over until I repurchased it.
August’s empties were all great products! This doesn’t mean that I will repurchase them all, but if there’s one (or more) you’re interested in trying then I say go for it!
