Rainbow Honey Nail Polish in The Kraken – Swatches and Review

Oh Rainbow Honey, where have you gone? You made the most GORGEOUS glitter bombs! I’m happy that I have a few of your creations, and I can’t believe that I have not tried them all yet. Wearing The Kraken has re-awakened my love for glittery nails and I will get through them all. But for now, let’s look at this beauty that is The Kraken

The Kraken was part of their Summer of 199X Collection that was released in the Summer of 2013. It’s a blue jelly base with flakies and different sized glitters in blue and green; it’s truly a beauty! The formula applied very well and these pictures are with two coats plus two layers of topcoat.

I was hoping to get a picture in sunlight to show you guys, but that did not happen (obviously). I went to a pool party the day after doing my nails and even though I was in the sun all day long, my mind was busy watching my daughter (it was her BFF’s birthday party). And after that day I just forgot about it. So, instead, here are a couple more pictures from my light box. 😉

This nail polish is GORGEOUS! After doing my nautical nail art that didn’t even last 24 hours I needed something to cheer me up and this one sure hit the spot!

Do you know what happened to Rainbow Honey? Do you have some of their nail polishes?
